Individual sessions are $100

How long will counselling last?
The first introduction counselling session allows us to start and get to know each other. We will talk about what has brought you to counselling, your expectations of counselling, the counselling process in general and any other questions you may have. When it is agreed that counselling may assist to promote change in your life, the number of sessions will vary from person to person. The strength of the counselling relationship, the nature of your concerns and your commitment to change and personal exploration also determine the number of counselling sessions.

Availability
Appointment availability is flexible and can be negotiated when booking.

Payment
Cash or Electronic Fund Bank Transfer (EFT must be completed 24 hours before the appointment).
Cancellation fee applies if less than 24 hours notice is given.
